健康饮食【4/4】炒椰菜花“饭” | Healthy Food 4/4 Pan-fry Cauliflowers


Hi friends

today’s recipe is healthy food
suitable for those want to lose fat / body builder
main ingredient is cauliflower
it has very great of nutrition value
eg: protein, fiber…
good for our health
next will be capsicum and beans
also.. some mushrooms
to increase the protean, I added
some chicken
you can ignore it, if you are vegetarian

also.. add some garlic and onion

if you don’t like, just ignore it.. (again.. )
first, cut the chicken into cubes
after that, remove the skin/clean the garlic, onion and ginger

put it into blender to blend it

then transfer it into a small bowl and set aside

next, the cauliflower, chop into smaller pieces
then blend it

after that.. clean the vegetables and chop it into smaller pieces

now, it’s ready to cook,
add some oil on the saucepan
add in onion/garlic/ginger to cook
let it release the aroma of each of them

now, you can add in some salt (depends on your preference)

add in chicken, because it take time to cook

then add in mushrooms

now can add the vegetables into the saucepan

add in cauliflower when chicken are 80% cooked
this “meal” is low carbs, low oil, low salt..

high protein, high fiber
so.. consider a healthy meal

just cook it for another 5mins.

now, it’s ready to serve..
