God bless you all hope you all fine today we gona make Arabian whipped cream (Keshda) we use 1 1/2 liters of fresh milk 1/2 cup of vinegar let milk Luke warm on stove keep stir the milk when warm enough we pour the 1/2 cup of vinegar and keep stir never stop till it turned into crumbles start to crumble keep stir till total separates whey from crumbles we call those crumbles a cottage we removes the crumbles with sieve and collect them till the next step then we bring 2 cup of milk add 2-3 spoon of corn starch and keep stir till emulsified enough to avoid starch crumbling we have to keep stir here they emulsified and ready to add the previously formed cottage keep cutting into small pieces and mix well you can continue with whisker or blender not blend to be so soft we need it medium whipping when we reach the desired texture we turn off the stove then pour the content into glass bowl keep them till cool down and cover it keep in fridge for at least 4 hours before using
