Hello everyone today’s video is about dieting
I will present you 6 types of diet and healthy food
for breakfast, lunch and dinner for the whole family
This types of food for everyone who want to lose weight
lets begin with breakfast recipe
which is oatmeal with almonds and fruits
first I will give you some benefits of oats
it contains calcium, potassium and magnesium
helps lose weight because it has high fibers
gives you a sense of fullness for long period of time
reduces the bad cholesterol levels in the body
contains antioxidant which is important to protect the body
protect us from various diseases such as thrombosis and heart disease
Lunch recipe is grilled fish with spices that helps burn fat.
dinner recipe is lentil soup with vegetables
the ingredients are 2 cups of lentils
little of olive oil
1 cup of chopped onions and 1/2 cup of chopped parsley
3/4 cup of angel hair
1/2 teaspoon of each curry, turmeric, and cinnamon
1 teaspoon of salt
some lemon
1 cup of chopped carrots
1 cup of each chopped pepper and chopped tomatoes
in a pan add about 3 teaspoons of olive oil
then add onions and fry it
after that add vegetables
and also add the spices and salt
mix for 2 minutes on medium heat
after that add the lentils
then add 8 cups of boiled water to it
finally add the angel hair
let it cook for 1 hour on low heat
serve it with whole grain biscuit or as desired
the other diet recipe is grilled chicken with vegetable salads
the other diet recipe is tuna sandwiches
The final diet recipe is green cowpea recipe
