  1. I've heard that it's bad to be eating too little calories because your body gets used to it and slows down your metabolism. is that true?

  2. This is great advice, I am 80 pounds smaller from eating less and working out more but I know I have to keep it up cause I be feeling muscle pain from fat burning but I am a stylist and just want to be able to stand for hours doing hair and now people are noticing especially the guys lol

  3. i love your channel, i understand everthing in details!! Keep it up? you deserve manyy more subcribers!!!!

  4. I wasn't familiar with the “loli special plan” (Google it) till a good mate applied it to shed plenty of extra body fat. It is certainly something you should try.

  5. A friend advised me to lookup for the diet plan “lyly amazing guide” on Google. It has given wonderful results to its users and worked incredibly well for me. Inside a week, I’ve already decreased 14 lbs.

  6. Fucking love this bro! keep it up man!

So fucking helpful a'f now I'm fully aware and confident to help others and myself 🙂

    MUCH LOVE

  7. I am the same weight as this guy and have the same activity level. This guy is spot on with his numbers. 2600 is just the right amount of calories so you don't feel hungry all the time.

  8. Hi there thanks for the video.

    So, 210lbs x 16 as you say = 3360 calories

At 2:40 during the video you have -20% but say x20%
    Lets say x20%

    3360 calories x20% =672
    subtract 672 from 3360 = 2688 as you say.

Forgive me for being confused, but where does the number 350 enter in.

  9. My close friend was the one who told me about the diet when she laughed and said how she lost her weight. Then I decided to join in because she dropped 17 pounds as a result. Google “sowo hope site”!

  10. Hy…. 85 kg, 37 years old, 177 cm, 30% body fat… Target 75 kg.,15-20 % body fat… Plsss sugest me which macros % should I start… And how many calories should I eat to be in deficit for losing minimum 0,5 per week… Help me plsss

  11. Google the diet plan “fetching tuti space”, for me, it is the best plan I have tried out and obtained good results. My life has changed for the better after I shed 14 lbs by following this plan!. Try this your self, hope you will like it like me.

  12. hey i calculated my calorie intake for fat loss and it is 1389kcal does it mean I will lose weight while eating like this ?

  13. Good content! It's definitely a good place to start! Especially important too is to track your progress as you go because I think a.lot of ppl miscalculate their calories.

  14. Just wonderful, been searching for "counter weight loss" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Viyemily Mature Mansonella – (search on google ) ? Ive heard some great things about it and my neighbour got cool results with it.

  15. Hi I’m a female and I’m 5’7 and I weight 180. I try to walk every day for 30 minutes or more

  16. All three are more for maintenance of weight and maybe fat loss.

  17. To lose weight it’s 100 calories for every ten pounds of body weight minus 500 calories

  18. You have to also add back about 500 for bodily functions (250) and activity(aprox 250)

  19. Which puts you back at 100 cal per 10 pounds of body weight. This is the simplest and most accurate.

  20. Bruh im 65 pounds and its shows me that i have to consume only 650 calories a day wtf how am im going to survive

  21. 30O cal deficit for a week is 2100 cals. Not enough to show up on a scale. Maybe over a month you’ll see a couple pounds of fat loss

  22. Max,

This is the first time I have ever, and I mean ever, written anything like this. I want to thank you for your informative YouTube Video's. I first heard about the KETO diet from my brother-in-law about a year ago, but I blew it off like every other gimmicky diet you hear about.

It wasn't until the weekend of July 1st of 2018, I decided to make a change. I was doing some simple yard work (mulching to be exact) and I found myself feeling especially out of breath and over weight. I just happen to weight myself that morning and I logged my heaviest weight in my 43 years…262.6 lbs. After hauling 30 bags of mulch and sweating off 5 lbs in 99 degree weather, I chose to draw my healthier life style "line-in-the-sand" (subsequently) I gained the 5 lbs back the next day.

Anyway, I went onto Youtube and typed in "Keto"and one of your videos popped up. At first, I thought you were another douche bag cross fit guy, selling some protein powders or fat burning shakes (sorry, no-offense), but after watching a few of your videos, your message really hit home and became my second major motivation in my journey to healthy eating. Your scientific approach, non-bias direction and entertaining editing have been the extra boost I have needed.

I am excited to say, as of today August 1st, 2018, I am down 17lbs. I have not incorporated any exercise into my plan yet, but I plan to in my second month. I look forward to sharing my progress with you next month and months to come. You have given this 43 year old, father of four, motivation I have needed and not had in over 20 years.

    Thank you!

    Larry Adair

  23. I watched almost all the videos from ur channel and on most videos you want people to do fasting
I go to the gym 4 days a week and since you said to do fasting
    I did
But I end up loosing my muscle mass
I was 200 pounds I came to 185 but my muscle mass became low and I couldn’t increase weight in my weight training
I was having 1000 calorie deficit
Now I now too much fasting is not good
You should make a video saying that too

  24. I average 1000/1200 cals, I drink 2ltrs of water and run 5ks every day .. I've lost 25kilos in 8months. It's fecking brutal!

  25. Utilizing the “fetching tuti space” (Google it) as my weight loss guide has allowed me to shed 17 lbs. This program is great for individuals who are prepared to adjust their lifestyle in order to achieve weight reduction. It’s a excellent feeling that my body is now dropping a great deal of fat..

  26. So I have to eat about 1,600 calories to lose weight why is that if I go to planet fitness it says I have to eat about 2,000 calories a day I’m confused

  27. It's gonna be difficult to track if ur trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

  28. I am 209 pounds 6.4 feet tall and i am 17 years old how many callories should i consume. Maybe 2000

  29. you weight 21o ibs no way in the world we live that is considered obese you cannot weight that much i weight 209 ibs and i look it up and it said that is obese.

  30. Where is the link for maintenance and weight loss calorie? You said it's in the description

  31. What if you have muscle since muscle= heavier than fat? It also requires more healthy calories

  32. This is damn amazing and super simple. Thank you so much for all of the content you share!!☺️

  33. When it comes to eating healthy, you must try not to fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diets are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously restrict your every day nutritionary intake. Many of these fad diet plans work for a short period and then the benefits decrease after a while. It is best to check out Fenoboci Diet Plan on google since it isn't just another fad diet where you starve yourself.
