Mango and Raspberry ICE CREAM! 🍨

In a saucepan, let’s cook:
2 cups of frozen raspberries
and juice from 1/2 lemon.
Cook on low heat until
you get a nice-looking jam texture.
Let it cool down before using it again.
Next, grab your food processor and add:
4 cups of frozen mangoes
and 1 cup of plain yoghurt.
Mix until is nicely combined,
resulting in a super creamy mixture.
Pour the two mixtures in a ice cream container,
alternating layers as you go.
Next, grab a knife to swirl the result a bit,
creating a nice marble effect.
Let it set in the freezer for 1 hour. ⏰
