Our TRAVEL DIET and TRAVEL WORKOUT PLANS!! /// WEEK 91 : Atlanta

(beep) – Good morning from Atlanta, Georgia. (hip hop music) (happy jazz piano music) So we’ve been working on
something for a while now. Something we’ve actually
had in the works for, I mean, the whole time
we’ve been traveling. – And 2018’s coming up,
we’re making our resolutions, and finally we get to post it. – So this week’s video is all
about health while you travel. – So we’ve put together
a really cool blog post that’s all about health,
specifically exercising and keeping your good
diet while you travel. The link to the blog post will be below in the description notes and it includes everything about our travel workouts
and our travel diet and we split it up into
two parts, his and hers. A lot of people, when they ask us questions about how we stay healthy while we travel, they almost talk about
it as if it’s a burden, but honestly, keeping healthy can be one of the more
fun parts about traveling. Because trying to keep a healthy diet, that has you going to farmer’s markets, and interesting shops and stores, trying to seek out good, natural, farm-fresh organic foods all around the world and every country is a
different experience. So if you need a long list of good foods that you can try to seek
out while you travel, all of that’s included in the blog post. And then there’s the other half of being healthy while you travel and that’s exercise and that can be a ton of fun as well. One of my very favorite
things has been starting to include the kids in our workouts. And it’s nothing to do with like, hey kids you gotta be
strong or you gotta be fit, at this stage all it is, is trying to teach them healthy habits and just help them find
the love for exercising. gotta do push ups correctly. If you just wanna be cool (laughs) this is how you do push ups. (laughs) ♪ Findin’ my myself making

– So 2018’s coming up. What’s your resolution? – First I’m gonna have a baby. (both laughing) But no, after every baby, I make sure that I get in even better shape than I was before and that’s always a goal. – And you’re doing a good job at it. – One of my goals this year is to get in even better shape than I have been with the last two babies and I wanna be able to do five pull ups. That’s my goal. – My goal, I don’t know how to put it into words other than this, I just want to get so fit that I’ll look back at my current state and just be like man, you were so weak. (laughing) I just wanna get super
strong, like super strong. So but then there’s the secret. This this is the secret to our motivation, is we plan, together
with our friends, a trip, like a big reward usually
like August or September so that we can work towards that goal together with our friends. And the trip, this is the key, it’s gotta be somewhere tropical, somewhere where you’re
gonna be in like a Speedo or something scandalous a bunch and that way you’re just working hard together with your friends, staying motivated, ’cause you have that
reward waiting for you. ♪ Our cheeks are nice and rosy ♪ ♪ And comfy and cozy are we ♪ ♪ We’re snuggled up ♪ (funky jazz music) (beep)

single gym we’ve been to. – We have footage probably in over 50 gyms in over – At least. – 50 different cities
