Today I am going to share one healthy and
protein rich cutlet recipe with Rajma
It is very healthy and very tasty also..
Let’s start the process..
In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of
Rajma (Kidney beans), I have boiled these..
with the potato masher, just crush like this, coarsely
now into this, add 1 medium sized
boiled and grated Potato
finely chopped Onions
finely chopped green chilies,
I have taken 2 Green Chillies
finely chopped Coriander
1 teaspoon of Garam Masala
1/2 teaspoon of Pepper Powder
1 teaspoon of Aamchoor(Dry Mango) Powder
and 1/2 teaspoon of Coriander Powder
required amount of Salt
now mix all the ingredients together
so our mixture is ready, let’s make our cutlets
grease your hands with some Oil
take one small dumpling of this mixture
make a round
and just press it like a cutlet
now dip this, in some breadcrumbs
this coat the cutlet with breadcrumbs
similarly make all the cutlets like this
now let’s fry the cutlets
our Oil is hot, place the cutlets one by one
now cook our cutlets on very slow flame on both sides
so our cutlets got nicely roasted, let’s plate them out
So our Rajma Cutlet is ready,
serve hot with some tomato ketchup or green chutney.
let’s taste it..
they are very soft, very nice from inside
very tasty.. crispy from outside and soft from inside..
